Sachin Vaze Case

  I want to write Sachin Vaze's Case as it is.But before that  I want to tell you background and backdrop of the case.
  Background is when they got breakthrough i Sushant Singh Rajput (Dhoni) case.
  Backdrop of the case is India Pakistan jointly doing military exercise.
  My analysis of the case I told you some connection with Malegaon blasts and Mumbai attacks.There is no need to name that one party now.
  On  February 25, 2021, a Scorpio SUV vehicle with fake licence plates  filled with gelatin sticks was placed outside industrialist Mukesh Ambani's residence Antilia in Mumbai.
  At 1.20 am on February 25, an Innova car belongs to the CIU unit of the  Mumbai Police Crime Branch was seen entering Mumbai. The same Innova had  accompanied the Scorpio car that was placed outside Mukesh Ambani's  residence. After parking the explosives-laden SUV outside Antilia, the  driver climbed into the Innova and fled the spot. Af around 3 am, the  Innova was seen passing Mulund toll naka, leaving Mumbai.
  The owner of the car, Mansukh Hiren, who had filed a police complaint  about the SUV being stolen was later found dead on March 5, 2021.
  Three days before his death, Mansukh Hiren, had written a letter,  accusing the police of harassment. He was found dead in a creek near  Thane on March 5, 2021.
  Vaze applied for interim relief, which was rejected by the Sessions  court in Thane. After questioning him for over 12 hours, he was arrested  by National Investigation Agency on 13 March for his role and involvement in placing the explosives-laden vehicle near Carmichael Road on February 25.
    On March 16, the NIA seized a black Mercedes car, used by Vaze, from a  parking lot near Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) which  contained ₹5 lakh cash, a counting machine and the original licence  plates of the Scorpio and some clothes were recovered from the car.
  Parambir Singh removed has Mumbai Police Commissioner, transferred as DG Home Guards.Hemant Nagrale, Maharashtra DGP appointed Mumbai CP.
  On March 19, The National Investigation Agency brought Vaze to the spot  outside Antilia where the car with explosives was found and reconstruct  the sequence of events. Vaze was made to walk by the NIA near the spot  where the SUV was found. They made him walk in the area in shirt and  pants first, and then in a kurta and a handkerchief wrapped around his  head in order to reconstruct a possible sequence of events of the day  the SUV was found outside the 27-storey building, as seen on CCTV  footage.
 
  On March 21, The Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested suspended constable  Vinayak Shinde (55) and cricket bookie Naresh Dhare (31) in connection  with the Mansukh Hiren murder case.[15] They were produced in a court in Thane which remanded them to ATS custody till March 30.[16] The investigators also recovered three mobile phones and eight SIM cards registered in Gujarat.
 
 
  The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on March 24, charged Sachin Vaze  under sections 16 and 18 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act  that deal with an individual/group conspiring or attempt to commit or  advocates, abets, the commission of a terrorist act or any act  preparatory to the commission of a terror act.
  Mar 25, Sachin Vaze's NIA custody extended till April 3.
  March 28 NIA took suspended  Mumbai Police officer Sachin Vaze to the Mithi river in Mumbai and  recovered a digital video recorder (DVR), CPUs, a laptop and two number  plates with the help of divers.
  March 31, Sachin Vaze's driver drove explosives-laden Scorpio to Antilia: NIA.
 
  My take
  Sachin Vaze is innocent for the very fact he didn't kill Hiren Mansukh.Definitely he was made a party to it or (mumbai police) was made a scapegoat as he pointed out, by their masters (politicians) whom they were loyal throughout. It will be a terrible mistake to close the case on Vaze.

 Urgent & Confidential: Don't know what is there with our bank accounts? Like Ab tak chhappan I have opened so many & closed it whenever I felt something wrong.But always felt it is not closed, recently Union Bank of India (Mumbai Samachar Marg).Just was thinking to write this way, it's clicked me so do all of them who were encountered still alive.Very much dboutful about Ishrat Jahan, the same lady withthe same name from Bengal who sided with Modi against triple talaq is her.

  We were supposed to close our account on 17th Feb but for some reason we didn't and we came back.On 20th Feb again we gave application in writing for closure of our account.But they didn't. We deposited the charges what was asked by them.But when we went next day to check whether the account is closed or not, they told us to take those changes money back & took the signatures on the backside of the slip.Somehow I didn't feel good so we came back without taking that money.Then I thought over it for 1 or 2 days but I was told if I don't take that money my account will not be closed.I didn't collect that slip from them.That was a mistake. So on 24th I sent my son alone to the bank to do the needful. They gave him 500 or odd something rupees and entry was DB Operative account. I wasn't convinced so I went on 25th Feb again to check on them.When I asked that other officer to give me closing entry the guy who didn't close our account telling, "Isne paisa liya". I was shocked to my nerves.Finally I could get in writing with pen but account is closed.
